Returns
Unfortunately I will not under any circumstances off a refund for any of my products. I may offer an exchange if the item is faulty - see FAQs.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be faulty. Please read FAQs.
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at ratbagjewellery@gmail.com and send your item to: Ratbag Jewellery, PO Box 4, Chirn Park QLD 4215, Australia. Once it's received, inspected, and deemed as faulty - you will be sent out a new item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
